Team lead
What I did
- 01Led the team working on the game.
- 02Integrated new gameplay systems into the existing runner.
- 03Performance optimisation and core-mechanic improvements.
What stands out
- 01Led the team integrating new gameplay systems.
- 02Optimised performance and improved the core mechanics.
- 03At Siligin Software, led UI/2D programming on Subway Surfer (Android/iOS): upgraded the client to the highest available Unity version at the time (project runs Unity 2018.2.8f1, com.unity.purchasing 2.0.3 for IAP), reworked the UI/UX, and shipped new features end-to-end.
- 04Owned the client/server surface for Subway Surfer: game settings, in-app purchases, ads, and analytics integration (Unity Purchasing, Unity/Google Play services, ad SDKs including Appodeal and AdMob, Facebook SDK, LeanTween-driven UI animation).
- 05Also served as Lead UI/2D/3D Programmer and UI/UX Programmer on Advergame ('Facteur Run'), a Subway-Surfers-style endless runner Siligin built as a branded advergame for a Moroccan postal-service client (Unity 2018.2.1f1, bundle id com.advergame.aventuresdufacteur, Unity Ads + Unity Analytics + IAP wired in) — mapped here into the same runner-systems category as the sibling Subway Surfer project.
- 06Advergame's runner loop (Main/Shop/Start scenes, character selector, shop icons for magnet/invincibility/score-multiplier power-ups) mirrors the classic Subway Surfers formula, re-skinned with a postal courier protagonist and Moroccan-city environment art (Marrakesh, Casablanca).
